If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. - Advance payment

Normal delivery time is approximately 3-15 working days non-holiday working weeks for standard products. Custom and non-stocked products take 4-6 weeks.
Mode of delivery
We send orders by post or shipping company within Sweden. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
Free delivery within Sweden if the free shipping limit is exceeded, otherwise within Sweden and other countries according to the forwarder's current tariff for regular shipping.
Complaints and right of return
FLEXODUCT warranty applies to the products you buy for 5 years. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always get a new product, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal giro, personal account or bank account number. Receipt with date and place of purchase is valid as a basis.
Right of withdrawal

Damage to packages and unclaimed packages
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package!
