Payments options

- Advance payment
Pay in advance to our bank giro and the goods will be delivered with regulardelivery time after payment received. Easy when you don't have data registered and undergo a credit check.

- Invoice 
When you pay via invoicem you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

• Always 14 days right of withdrawil in accordance with the distance - and home sales act*

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. We process personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number for customer management purposes.

- Advance payment 
You pay money in advance at our bankgiro no. After you have sent your order at checkout, you will receive information on the screen and via e-mail how to proceed.

Delivery time  
Normal delivery time is approximately 3-15 working days non-holiday working weeks for standard products. Custom and non-stocked products take 4-6 weeks. 

Mode of delivery
We send orders by post or shipping company within Sweden. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

Shipping
Free delivery within Sweden if the free shipping limit is exceeded, otherwise within Sweden and other countries according to the forwarder's current tariff for regular shipping.

Complaints and right of return
FLEXODUCT warranty applies to the products you buy for 5 years. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always get a new product, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal giro, personal account or bank account number. Receipt with date and place of purchase is valid as a basis.

Right of withdrawal 
Our return policy is full right of return within 14 days of delivery.

Damage to packages and unclaimed packages
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the packgage, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

The Personal Data Act
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the current regulations in the Personal Data Act (PUL).

SMS-Sending
The mobile phone number you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relation to your order.
